Regarding drying herbs: I use to just b...Thank you!<br />Regarding drying herbs: I use to just bundle the herb stems together with a rubber band then let them hang dry. As the stems dried and shrunk the rubber band adapts to the correct size. <br />Now I have an inexpensive dehydrator and I'm using it.
